Internet access is as easy as getting a telephone booth in delhi. You can find internet cafes is most of the parts of Delhi. Prices range from a mere Rs10 per hour to around Rs100 per hour but make sure you check your connection by surfing first. Paharganj teems with internet cafes, all with very competitive rates, including Cyber Station at Downtown Hotel off the Main Bazaar and close to the New Delhi station gates, while the internet cafe at the Hotel Gold Regency is almost as lively as the streets outside.
The major players providing inteernet services in Delhi are Reliance, VSNL, MTNL, Satyam, Sify and Bharti. Reliance WebWorld are availalbe in major areas of the Delhi where you can get broadband speeds for working. Otherwise most of the cafes have MTNL or VSNL lines which are generally Dial Up lines with slow speeds. Do not pay before surfing.

Telephones and faxes services are availalbe in all the parts of Delhi. In case cannot find one, then ask the locals for STD/PCO, marked with yellow signs. In case you are concerned about money, then do not make any calls from the Hotel. The charges in the Hotel are very high (most of the times about 3-4 times of the actual charges).
